If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return new and unused items within 30 days of their purchase. To make a return, please use the original box or packaging and include all paperwork and accessories. We will gladly make an exchange or refund to the credit card account originally charged less any shipping and handling fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. Special orders are not returnable.

In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess all original manufacturers’ tags and labels. Defective merchandise is to be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their return policy. All returns must be insured and shipping costs prepaid. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Returned merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip.
